I need your help.
Trying to install a corporate profile and once I downloaded a profile, webpage appear with continue button, but when I press on this button, nothing happens. Seems like this button does not react.
Iphone 14
Latest IOS
Turned off/on
Force restart.
Reset all settings.
I only did not try to reset it to factory settings.
Any ideas?

That is very weird then, this user has the same issue on both iPad and iPhone. the only thing you can do is factory settings, but that is an intensive procedure for something we don't know if it is going to work.
You might want to contact apple business support, maybe they know what is going on

have you tried to contact your companies IT department for further help and instructions?
I'm an IT technician from IT department and trying to find a resolution for specific user.
Btw user has also an iPad with lates iPadOS and same issue.
So, the root cause is that user's TL decided to make a bit shorter user's email and new email address(account) was not valid yet..

Seems like a bug or something. Try to reset again and see if that helps. Also, make sure the device is on the latest version of OS. Changing network might also work.
