How can I subscribe to Apple One and cancel my existing Apple Music subscription on Windows PC?

I want to subscribe for apple one membership and cancel my apple music only subscription using my Windows Pc. I need a step by step process as i currently dont have my personal apple device.

As far as I can tell upgrading to Apple One requires an Apple device of some sort. See Bundle Apple subscriptions with Apple One - Apple Support. You don't need to cancel existing services that are included in Apple One, that happens automatically.
