my iphone 16 max pro is 1 day old and wont charge with usb , it sends power backwards if you unplug the usb charge box
Ive got the original cable and a 100w capable braided cable that power uo and charge everything else usb c that I own but won't charge my 1 day old 16 max pro. Super frustrating given the cost of the iPhone

Have you used an original apple cable+brick in order to charge it?
If so and it is still not charging, I would go and file a claim under warranty if the iPhone is only one day old
