This is a MacOS kernel panic. FCP is a user-mode application and there's nothing in FCP that could be fixed to prevent this.
It appears the problem is related to a third-party legacy kernel extension from Universal Audio:
com.uaudio.driver.UAD2System 11.5.1
Because those entail significant risk, they have been disallowed on all Apple Silicon Macs for several years. However it is possible to reconfigure MacOS and force it to use those. That involves rebooting MacOS in Recovery Mode and deactivating the security protection against third-party kernel extensions.
Sadly, it appears Universal Audio advises customers how to do this, as if it were a normal installation procedure. This can be seen by doing a Google query on "Apple Silicon Compatibility with Universal Audio Products."
You are running the Universal Audio driver version 11.5.1, while 11.6.0 is available.
It appears you are running Sonoma 14.6.1, but the current version of Sonoma is 14.7.5.
You could try updating the driver and MacOS version, but this is a Universal Audio problem. Their kernel-mode driver crashed your system.

It may not work but it's always worth trying . . . delete the preferences/settings.
Hold down the option and command keys as you launch FCP.
Click Delete in the window that opens.
