I was having the same issue could not find a solution. I found a way to turn it off in settings under Life speech. Other solutions on your post did not work for me either. But, need to finding out that turning off LiveSpeech setting got rid of the window.

Why I wasn't able to comment to you directly on that string and it was shut down by Apple system administrators I have no idea.. curious is that and many other things since iPhone 16, and all related products including the iMac I'm speaking from , I've been on Apple products since 2010, I've never posted a comment this is my first. Please don't bombard me just trying to help.

The links I put up there, are links to the people that were in the conversation I’m referring to which is the title of this post.

In these comments discussions, people were having trouble finding out how to get rid of the type to speak box window

It was unsolved, the comment was closed by “ Apple system administration” it said, so I couldn’t, reply on the original comment I came across in searching for a solution myself .

so in lieu of being able to comment directly I’m just openly putting this out there as to what I did find to be a solution, in case anybody else has also still has this problem.

That’s it.

if you don’t have a problem with the type to speak box appearing on your screen and you can’t get rid of it then this comment and post is irrelevant to you. but if you do there is my solution I found

again was|:

turning off LiveSpeech setting got rid of the window.

I copied and pasted the links directly from the discussion but I see today that was pointless as they don’t not bring it to the discussion, so no point in pushing them they won’t bring you to the original discussion. However if you search the title of this post without the RE;

Included it should get you there.

but they are the people that were involved in the discussion.

Neither of the users you linked to has any content listed. It would be easier for everyone if you gave a link to the thread rather than the participants.
