I transfered my data from my 2014 MacBook Pro to a 2024 MacBook Pro. When Final Cut Pro was brought over, it had this cross out icon on it. How can I fix it? In case you're wondering, I bought FCPX about three years ago. No piracy, no shenanigans.

Log into the App Store with the Apple Account you bought it with and redownload or update it; if you accepted a preloaded copy or redeemed a download code, log in with the account involved. If desired, double-clicking it will say why it can't be opened.
