Unable to create profile and follow friends in Apple Music on iPhone

I got a family subscription and using Apple Music for almost a year but I cannot create a profile and follow my friends.

When i click on the profile icon there is no such an option that i can Set up Profile.

When i click on the follow button on someone else’s profile it shows a window that says:

Cannot Connect

The page couldn’t be loaded. Try again.

And im sure my connection has no issues and i can listen to anything easily. There is no problem with listening.
