Amazon Music deleting 3/4 of playlist on iPhone 14 with iOS 18.4.1

I was deleting a few of my songs on my playlist that has over 1000 songs to make space, when the app started acting unusual - it would say one song is playing when a completely different one was, the next and previous song buttons wouldn't work, and I couldn't scroll up or down the playlist. I closed and re-opened the App, and when I went back to the playlist, it had shrunk to around 30 songs - which was quite frustrating considering how long I had spent creating it. 

I tried deleting and re-installing the app and also switching off and re-booting the phone but my play list is sadly depleted. Is there any way to solve this issue and get back my playlist? 

I’m using an iPhone 14 with iOS 18.4.1
