Black Magic Decklink 4K extreme is not visible in Final Cut Pro

The Black Magic Decklink 4K Extreme is not recognized by Final Cut Pro x The solution that worked last time (change the code in terminal) unfortunately does not work now. In the attachment a screen print of Final Cut Pro X (I can not select the Decklink here). Are there more people with this problem? By the way, the decklink card is working good in Adobe After Effects and other applications, the failure is only in Final Cut Pro
I’m working on a Mac Pro 3,2 GHz 16-Core Intel Xeaon W with AMD Radeon Pro W5700X 16GB Mac OS Sequoia 15.4

Try this: fully uninstall the Blackmagic software, reset FCP settings, then re-install the Blackmagic software:

  • Reset FCP Settings: Change settings in Final Cut Pro for Mac - Apple Support (JO)
  • Uninstall Blackmagic DeckLink software on macOS: locate the DesktopVideo_.dmg file (usually in your Downloads folder), open it, and double-click "Uninstall Desktop Video".
  • Confirm the uninstallation when prompted and the process is complete.
  • Reboot MacOS
  • Install Blackmagic software
  • You may also need to grant system extension permission in System Preferences > Privacy & Security.

Thanks Tom, I had contact with Black Magic support, they tried to reproduce the issue but they can't help me. I downloaded the latest drivers and checked al security settings (camera extension enabled and so on).

At this stage, we would recommend contacting Apple directly who may be able to advise further, as this seems to just be related to working in Final Cut Pro, and we have not heard any other reports of this.
