How do I fix iPad not showing phone call history in FaceTime app?

My ipad use to show both the facetime audio calls and the phone calls made in the facetime app. Now it only shows the facetime audio call made. How do I fix this?

FaceTime Calls Not Appearing in Recents Hello, I’m having an issue with my iPhone where FaceTime calls are not showing up in my Recents call log in the Phone app. I’ve tried the following steps without success: 1. Ensured FaceTime is enabled in settings. 2. Checked both “All” and “Missed” tabs in the Recents log. 3. Restarted my iPhone. 4. Verified my iCloud account is signed in and syncing. 5. Toggled FaceTime off and back on. 6. Updated my iPhone to the latest iOS version. 7. Reset network settings and checked the FaceTime app directly.
