I am unable to submit any job application from Apple jobs.
Steps I followed to reach this issue:
1) Create account with 2 Factor Authentication
2) Search for jobs on the careers page
3) Fill out application and click submit
This is where the issue is occurring:
Not sure what to do next. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Wondering if you are using Safari or another browser like Chrome etc.
The web-page in your screenshot seems to be a third-party (non-Apple) website.
(ie: has a blue [in] logo ... maybe the "Linked In" website ?)
The website may work best in the browser that the particular website developer suggests for use.
For Linked In: https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/a515767?hcppcid=search
Eg: says: You need an up-to date browser version / Safari or Firefox amongst others

You can scroll to: "Areas of work at Apple": https://www.apple.com/careers/work-at-apple.html
You need to log-in with your Apple Account.

This is the exact website that I am using to apply! My browser is Chrome. Could that be the issue? The linkedin button appears normally on the careers page.

Thank you for kindly your replies. Seems some small detail could be being overlooked.
Wondering which Mac, PC, or device you are using ... and whether it has the most recent compatible OS version installed, (ie: with the latest security updates).
Where is says beside the [In] logo: "Not specified" could there be some requirement, (eg: a profile-link?) expected / preventing submission?
Chrome does cause issues at times ... could be ok if updated to the newest available version. Have you tried another browser?
Third-party (non-Apple) Ad-blockers, virus checkers, cleaners and the like ... even VPN can sometimes cause issues too, so if installed, try turning them off, or use uninstallers from their developers.
