I have so many Assignment & Mapping items/item groups that belong to old devices or were created by accident, I need to delete them, but the Delete Key action just flashes the screen, and the Edit → Delete is grayed out. What is puzzling is that there are 1 or 2 out of tens that can be deleted. I can't see the difference between why they can be and the rest cannot be.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you so much for your response. Yes, I am aware of the level. In fact, all the assignments are the Concert-level, and I do not have any Patch-level assignments.
There are so many "assigned" with no Mapping attached that I need to delete. Some of them have "🚫No Mapping" instead of blank. One of them has "🚫Block". Not sure what 🚫 means.
Make sure that you try to delete at the correct level - e.g. if a mapping is done at concert level, it will not like you deleting it at patch level if that makes sense.
