Why won't my Apple Magic Mouse connect to iPad Air?
Picked up a new Apple Magic Mouse at Best Buy. Was told by associate that it will work on 10th gen IPad Air. Followed instructions but did not pair. Hooked to charger 24 hours. Still nothing. Tried charging with the cable I got with IPad. Still NADA! Mouse is on (green showing), cable connected, Bluetooth on. The IPad sees only device 65" QLED but spinning wheel__looking?. Software version 18.4.1.
Should I return the Magic Mouse or is there something else to try?
