Why can't I find a post where I have the exact title?

If I copy and past the title of a community post into the search, the post does not come up in the search. This is true if I enclose it in quotes.

For example:

After migrating to new Sequoia version, the dock cannot be moved to another monitor

and

"After migrating to new Sequoia version, the dock cannot be moved to another monitor"

fail to retrieve the post, but this URL does:
