Why is the reply button greyed out on a number of posts in Apple Communities?
On a number of posts I have tried to reply, but the button is greyed out. I am logged in.

Threads which have been inactive for long enough will become read-only; reasons for this include that people lose interest in issues and that the answers for them change over time.
