I have a personal MacBookPro with signatures saved. My office computer is a MacMini with no trackpad and no camera. Both running Sonoma and cannot upgrade due to a desktop app.
How can I add my signatures to the MacMini?

Earlier Mac models
There's 3 options to add signatures in the Preview App. Trackpad, Camera or an iOS device like an iPhone or iPad signed in to the same Apple ID as the Mac.
If you can't use any of those then, you can't create a signature on the Mac mini.
Not sure if the Mac mini might let you use a USB webcam since it has no built in iSight camera. Try plugging one in to a USB port and see if the option is available.
If you have access to a true PDF editor (e.g. Adobe Acrobat Pro, etc.) then there is a fourth option of placing an existing raster image file (or another PDF) of your signature where you want it in the PDF. Apple's Preview is not a PDF editor.

It seems I'm out of luck here as I don't use any iOS device and have no camera. I may convince the business owner to look into a trackpad, others might benefit from it too and surely would improve my personal efficiency. Currently either printing or transferring files to be signed...
