What are the best SuperDrive replacements for Mac Pro?

The DVD drive in my 2012 MacPro desktop now has an issue with ejecting the tray, even though the drive will play, so I'm looking for a suitable replacement. The drive in on older MacPro 2005 model won't work, as the connecting ribbons/ports were redesigned.

So if anyone out there can recommend a compatible unit I'm all ears.

The model as listed is called HL-DT-ST DVD-RW GH80N, which appears to be of Hitachi origin.

The OS in the MacPro is 10.14.6 (Mojave).
