How long does it take to hear back after completing an availability questionnaire for Apple recruiting?

That depends on many things.

If you have open availability to cover all shifts and all days of the week including weekends, then you should be a more desirable candidate.

Also, there are other candidates that need to be prescreened before they move to the next step in the recruitment phase.

I once had gone through two months of interviews before I was eliminated from consideration at another company.

If the recruiter mentioned you by name, then it’s most likely legitimate.

Scammers will never mention your name because they don’t know it.

Hello~ There’s actually no way to know and we as your fellow forum members can’t speculate here on these forums as to what Apple will or will not decide nor when they may decide. I indeed hope that this was Apple and not a scam to collect your sensitive and personal information. Apple normally doesn’t contact people out of the blue for employment.

My experience in applying for positions with Apple is that it can take a while. Was this questionnaire to gauge your availability for interview times? If so, I'd give it at least a week, probably two. It will take as long as it takes.
