Can I set Safari and Google to have different languages?

I prefer to set my iOS system language in Chinese (my native language). But I also want to utilize the AI overview feature in Google search which is only available in English. So I changed my Google account language to English. However, this seems to conflict with Safari and every time I search something Safari automatically changed my google language to Chinese. Is there a way to set Safari and Google to have different languages? I know this is possible in my old MacBook running MacOS Monterey but it doesn’t seem to work on my iPhone or iPad running iOS 18.

iPhone 16 Pro Max, 18
