How can I turn off the GarageBand warning on my MacBook Pro?

Every time I open GB I see this:

The Macbook is sometimes plugged into a Smart TV.

The waring is as pointless as it is irritating.pointless because like for the last upteen yrs the s/ware just got on with the job of using the available sound source until Apple started becoming namby pambies like the UK's Health and Safety Agency which started warning us about every single thing they could think of, things that on the whole are as unimportant as they are obvious.

Can it be permanently turned off?
