Unable to upload photos due to iCloud storage error
I have enough iCloud storage on my Mac, but 1188 photos and videos can not upload, it has cloud and ! this symbol, what can I do? Please help me

How about the other questions?
- Are you "uploading" these files from your Mac to Photos at iCloud.com?
- are [you] "uploading" these files from iCloud.com to the Mac?
- And how much free storage do you have at iCloud.com?
If you right click on one of these pictures, does the menu mention Referenced File?
