Unable to upload photos due to iCloud storage error

I have enough iCloud storage on my Mac, but 1188 photos and videos can not upload, it has cloud and ! this symbol, what can I do? Please help me

Is this on the Mac? 245GB doesn't sound lie a Mac hard drive…

How about the other questions?

  • Are you "uploading" these files from your Mac to Photos at iCloud.com?
  • are [you] "uploading" these files from iCloud.com to the Mac?
  • And how much free storage do you have at iCloud.com?


If you right click on one of these pictures, does the menu mention Referenced File?

The exclamation point usually means there's not enough storage space. What do you mean by "iCloud storage on my Mac?" How much free storage do you have on your Mac? And how much free storage do you have at iCloud.com? Apple recommends that at least 10% of the storage be free. Is this true in both cases?
