Why is there a green spot on the right display of my Apple Vision Pro?

Hi, I have had my VP for a little over two month now and have loved it and used it a lot, recently there is a small green blob only in the right display that appears when viewing black content, I have tried a factory reset, and disconnecting the battery, the lenses don't have any debris or physical damage. I took it to the Apple Store and they said they don't service it in store. Dead pixel?

Apple Vision Pro Crack I noticed a very small indent on the bridge of the nose of the vision pro when I first got it. It is very tiny,something like a fingernail size, I was concerned but assumed it was just a production technique. It is right in line will the photos I have seen on line with Vision pro cracked glass . Now what? It was purchased online. The nearest store is 2hrs away. I have already been to it to swap out the shipped light seal which was incorrect according to the store.

Red Dot appearing in Vision Pro I am not sure if this is related, but I enabled developer mode on my Vision Pro (to test an app I released on day one, but would like to add new features to). I am seeing a red Circle floating in my UI, with no bar for any application. I have tried recentering all the apps, etc. but can't remove this floating dot. Has any one else seen this?
