How to remove email page shortcut from Safari?

Why? Why? Why?

You can disable all shortcuts but not the dreaded e-mail this page? Is there an Apple Developer that emails pages like a hundred times a day?

Why?

So how do I disable the command +I (and also command-shift I) to email the current page to the more universally accepted and in Apple's User Interface Guidelines for friendly user interface back to Italics...
