How do I temporarily pause Home notifications for a specific duration?

Is there a means to pause Home notifications for an hour, a day or whatever?

For example, I have notifications set up to alert me when certain rooms are entered or cameras triggered when I’m away from home.

I currently have a guest staying whilst I’m away, and every time he moves he sets off one sensor or another. I’m getting overloaded with notifications!

If I want to pause my Eve Aqua for a day or two there are controls right in the Home app for that, but nothing else, that I can find.
