How do I clear the Recently Added music from my iPhone?

Is there an easier way than deleting each song individually from my Library?

iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 18

How was the music added exactly?

If you synced it from a computer, then you remove it the same way by unselecting the synced tracks or albums from the computer and sync again.

If it was added by some other method, then you'd need to explain what you did to add it.

Thanks for responding. Sorry I wasn't clear. The music was synced from my iMac Music Library. I've tried unselecting all Artists, Albums, Genres, and Playlists and then again synced my iPhone to the iMac. Recently Added on my phone is unchanged. I expected it to be empty.
