[MacOS Safari] [BUG] Closing pinned tabs after Safari restart

When I restart Safari (not force-quit — just Command+Q and reopen), my pinned tabs disappear — or rather, they close.

Maybe it's somehow related to the fact that I also have a Private window open at the same time.

Safari keeps opening tabs I've closed and closing tabs I've purposefully left open Nothing much to say but the title - pretty frustrating as I've been using safari without issue for the last couple of months now. Still working off Big Sur 11.6.6 with a MacBook Pro 2017.
