I'm unable to change the email address on the App Store

As you can see in the screenshots I set the right app store icloud username, but when i try to update an app in the app store it asks for a password belonging to another icloud account. I can not change that account name only can fill in the password, but I don’t have this account or email anymore. How can I set the account and email ? Because it is already right configured in the other menu. Thank you.

An app is tied to the Apple Account that acquired it -

An App Store app is tied to the Apple Account used to acquire it (paid or free). The Apple Account is encoded into the licensed copy that is downloaded. It is in the copy's DNA. That is the only Apple Account that can redownload or update the app.

The situation you describe can happen if there are apps (or media purchases) on the device that were installed (or downloaded) under a different Apple Account, and they need updating or redownloading. This can sometimes happen if you create a brand new Apple Account.

To resolve the issue, you need to delete the app and download it again with your curret Apple Account. That may mean buying a paid app again.

You can also migrate the content from the original account that acquired it to another Apple Account*;
