Every time time I try to call my girlfriend on her pixel phone, it goes straight to voicemail. Every time she calls me the call comes in just fine. We don't have either one of us blocked on either phones. Restarting the phone does not help. It rings once and then goes straight to voicemail and her phone does not ring.

It may be a pixel issue, or maybe she has a do not disturbed feature enabled, or maybe she is blocking you.
But it isn’t a problem with your iPhone. Have you tried texting her to ask if she is available? A lot of people now expect that.
That has nothing to do with your iPhone. It has everything to do with the Pixel phone. iPhone cannot control when or how another phone rings or when a call goes to voicemail. Your girlfriend needs to figure that out on her phone.
Is it possible that this is a pixel issue? No other numbers i call, including other pixel phones do this.
Turns out she had a setting on her phone for "go straight to voicemail" lol, she would call me and i would miss it and try to call her back and that's how we found out it was happening. All good now!
