Already have a Dell UltraSharp 32 4K Thunderbolt Hub Monitor - U3225QE . Thinking of buying a Mac MINI.
Will this monitor work well with the mini, or should I get The Apple Studio Mont.

Your monitor comes with a Thunderbolt 4 cable and you’ll probably be able to use that. If not buy an 8K certified HDMI to HDMI cable or USB-C to DisplayPort or HDMI cable.
I am using a USB-C to DisplayPort cable with my Mac mini m4 and Dell 32 4K AW3225QF monitor.
Should be fine, I have the Dell 32 4K AW3225QF and it looks great at 3008 x 1692 resolution. I don't run 3840 x 2160 as everything is too small.
+1 Should be fine, just ensure you are using a high quality cable to connect. Many times, the cables included with monitors are cheapies that have problems.
