Why isn’t my child’s iPhone syncing Screen Time changes?

Screen Time changes made on my iPhone are not syncing to my child’s iPhone. However, any changes made directly on the child’s device do sync back to mine. This suggests a potential sync issue related to iCloud or Family Sharing.

Here’s what I’ve already tried for troubleshooting:

• Verified that iCloud accounts are correctly signed in on both devices
• Reset network settings on both devices
• Turned Screen Time off and back on for both devices
• Restarted both devices

The only step I haven’t been able to complete is signing out of iCloud on the child’s device. This option is currently disabled due to restrictions. However, I can’t remove the restrictions because changes from my device aren’t syncing to his.

Could you please assist how to solve the issue and how to manage my child's iphone ?
