Why doesn't Apple make a large letter keyboard for vision impaired accesibility?

I have low vision and would like an Apple keyboard with fingerprint. I have this but cheap and does not work well and does not have fingerprint access. We are all Apple users users, like yourslf, in the community, so no-one here can speak or explain for Apple.

If you would like to see this item, you might want to let Apple know. If others also make a request, it would be up to Apple whether or not they choose to manufacture such an item.
