How to clear files/folders in Documents Section of Apple Devices

I am having problems removing files listed in the Documents section of the ‘Apple Devices’ program on my Windows computer.

I had started Apple Devices, then connected it to my ipad, then selected Files then Lightroom under Apps, then under Documents added two files.

Then I went to find them on my Ipad. I then deleted them on the ipad, even then deleted the ‘trash’ on ipad.

I restarted both ipad and my windows computer and restarted Apple Devices the same way as before.

However when I go to Lightroom again(In Apple Devices on the Windows computer) - it still shows the two files that were added. Trying to delete them only does so temporarily - they just pop up again.

Anyone know how the clear out this section of Documents for an app in Apple Devices?

So

iPad Pro, iPadOS 18

If files in the Documents section of Apple Devices keep reappearing after deletion, try removing them using Control + Delete, then click Sync. If they still show up, close Apple Devices and delete the cache folder at C:\Users\<yourname>\AppData\Local\Packages\AppleInc.AppleDevices_*\LocalCache\Roaming\Apple Computer\. If that doesn’t work, uninstall Apple Devices, delete any leftover Apple folders, reboot your PC, and reinstall the app. This should reset the file list and remove any stuck entries.
