Mac Mini M4 Plays Only a Few Seconds of Any Song in iTunes Library

System updated to Sequoia 15.4.1; have logged out and logged back in to Apple account. Problem is on downloaded songs or non-downloaded (why they don't all download automatically is a different issue). Song begins normally but stops after 10-15 seconds and restarting it takes you back to the beginning of the song.

How to fix the 14 second song playback issue on Mac? While playing songs on my MacBook or iMac in the Music app (former iTunes) some, but not all, songs stop after exactly 14 seconds. From then on these songs will not play more than 14 seconds. The Genius Bar at my local Apple Store could not solve the problem. The problem does not occur on my iPhone or iPad. Problem Previewing Music on iTunes I have a 2019 desktop Mac, running Ventura 13.5.1, and the Music app is version 1.3.6.14. For a couple of weeks now, I've been unable to preview songs in iTunes. I subscribe to Apple Music, and I have no problems playing through that program, whether downloaded to the Mac or streaming. But when I click the button to preview a song in iTunes, the song appears as if it is getting ready to play, but no sound comes out, and the progress bar remains motionless. This is the latest version of Ventura and Music, and I have rebooted both the program and Mac multiple times. Has anyone else seen this, and is there a fix anyone is aware of ? Thanks in advance.

iTunes/Apple Music buffering Using iTunes (the Music app, but my own library, not the service) and songs that are not downloaded get stuck buffering a few seconds into them. My internet speeds are fine (117Mbps download/175Mbps upload). My computer and the app are both on the most up to date versions (macOS Sonoma 14.0 and version 1.4.0.118). But every few songs, the song will stop playing because it needs to buffer (screenshot below). Then, after it tries buffering for 30 seconds, it skips to the next song. Downloaded songs have no issue (obviously). Any ideas? I've tried quitting Music and restarting it, restarting my computer, etc. Nothing seems to work.
