Unable to subscribe an app using Apple Account balance

While changing payment methode, I kinda accidentally put money in my Apple account. Now there’s €25 in it but when I wanna take a subscription of buy an app, I can’t buy it with that money (there’s only my creditcard)

HOW can I use this account money?
