Can’t remember Macbook pro password

My Macbook Pro is connected with my Iphone SE but the laptop isn’t working anymore and I don’t remember the password of it but I need it to finish syncing some data to my Iphone. Where can I restore or change laptop’s password if I don’t remember it and don’t have access to laptop?

Hi,

If you've forgotten your macOS login password on a MacBook Pro, you can reset it using your Apple ID, a recovery key, or another admin account. You can also use the built-in reset options within the login window or in Recovery Mode.
