I have money in my Apple Cash but when I tried to apply it to my monthly Apple card payment I was told I don't have enough daily cash to redeem to do that. When I tried to transfer it to my bank there was no transfer to bank option. Why?

Are you confusing Apple Account funds with Apple Cash funds?
Apple Wallet is not an account. You cannot have funds in an Apple Wallet. Funds are in a checking account or savings account or prepaid debit card. Funds in a checking or savings account can be accessed via a debit card the bank issues that is associated with the account(s). Prepaid debit cards have funds that you have added to the card.
So, where were the funds that you transferred? Were they in a checking account, savings account or prepaid debit card?
I withdrew $2,000 from Apple wallet to my bank, my Apple wallet’s balance reduce, but in my bank account showed withdrawn $2,000 that amount doesn’t add to my bank account .
