We just moved in to our new construction home but people can find us using apple maps. Do I have to report it?

You usually have to wait.

Apple do have a mechanism for businesses to submit/edit/maintain their business details (including address, map reference, etc.), but no such mechanism exists for home/residential addresses.

As a non-business, you can also nominate other points of interest to the Maps database, but these do not extend to personal/home addresses.

For those, Apple rely on local authority updates, including your state/city records, post office records, etc. There is no standard cadence for when these updates get published by the relevant authorities, nor how long it takes Apple to incorporate them into the Maps system. You're probably just going to have to wait.
