How can I change the transcription language for Voice Memos?

Hi Everyone,

i am colombian, living in Germany. My phone language is set to English.

i like talking to siri in English, I have the feeling it works better on this language. But that is not the point, I just dont want to talk to siri in German. Anyways, I use the voice memo app to record meetings, which are in German. But the transcription does not work because the phone language is English. Is there any way to change the transcription language so it works better?
