Why are my scenes and lights missing from the Home app?

Woke up this morning and literally all my scenes and lights are missing from the Home app inexplicably. Automations say no accessories and I’m just apoplectic because they’ve been set up for 4 years. My HomePods and Apple TV’s are showing but nothing else. Any help or wisdom would be most appreciated!

homekit missing scenes The default 'Goodnight' HomeKit scene is recently missing from some of my devices, yet not on others. My iPhone and the Hubs in my home are missing the scene and as a result I can't use Siri to invoke it. Using the Controller app, I can see the scene and execute it from there but not make any modifications save. Inside the Home app I can also see it as a scene that is available to be added. All of my accessories are still in it, but when I attempt to save it, I get a message that reads "Could not edit scene "Good Night"". I've added some photos to show. I've looked for similarly names shortcuts within the Shortcut app for executions that are of the same name, but found none. HomeKit issues after iOS 18.4 update IOS 18.4 messed up HomeKit for several of my smart bulbs, scenes, automations. One bulb just disappeared, one bulb was "not responding". Automation times were changed to previous start times from months ago & I could not change them back, could not delete the automation times. I tried to add a new scene and it didn't work. I powered off/on HomePod(2nd gen), iPad(M2), iPhone(14 ProMax), iMac(M3), MacBook(M2), Apple TV and tried again. No luck - Nothing worked and the "chat" rep wants me to call a "tech" rep. I created a "new" home on HomeKit and was able to add one of the smart bulbs that stopped working & didn't reset/work for the "old" home! What did Apple break? I can't be only person with this issue!
