How do I turn off the automatic background music for a short video on my iPhone 16e?

Today I made a short video on my iPhone 16e. I wanted the video to play the background talking. Instead when I play the video there is automatic music. I can't find a way to turn it off. I'd be grateful for help. Thank you.

Why apple stopped the video recording trick while playing audio songs in background after iOS16.6 I am using iPhone 14 Plus. VLC Auto-Plays Video on iPhone 16 Pro After iOS 18.3 Update After updating my iPhone 16 Pro to iOS 18.3, I noticed VLC starts playing a video on its own. When my phone is locked and charging (with all apps closed and bluetooth disabled), VLC suddenly starts playing a video I uploaded to the app. This happens without me opening the app or interacting with the phone.
