Hello all,
i have several smart devices from a few different companies in my Apple home. Every time I leave the house and get away from the wifi , I can no longer control the home and all my devices show “ no response “. I have admin rights and control remotely is turned on. Everything is up to date and I have tried rebooting the router and all the home hub devices.
please help

At this point I have ruled out my routers , I have tried Orbi and apple time capsule …. Neither one will work.
I have also completely factory reset my three HomePod minis …. All with no fix. It also shows no response on the owners and my phones outside the home
what acts as the homekit hub? appletv box? homepod?
I have 3 HomePods and 2 4k Apple tv’s that I have tried leaving on auto choose and have tried selecting a primary
It appears all my home hubs are responding over the internet ….. just not one single device
