How to fix disappearing apps on Screen Time in iPhone?

Hi, I have a problem with my family member (child 13) some apps are disappeared from her phone. I’ve not possibility to allow app on the screen time setting (from my phone) attached two screenshots from my iPhone

Child’s missing screen activity When in the Screen Time area of Settings, I can see in my Family section, my child listed listed. However, when i click or while I can adjust their settings, I see no actual usage data an only see "As this device is used, screen time will be reported here". The screen time restriction seems to be working though - turning off when it should BUT it is also turning off my phone.
