iCloud for Windows Crashes Outlook 365

Outlook 365 crashes unless I disable the iCloud add-in. (This started after I had to reinstall iCloud for Windows.) Apple support has no answer and there are many, many complaints about this. Can Apple PLEASE come up with a solution?

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling iCloud for Windows multiple times. Multiple times I tried disabling and enabling the add-in, restarting my PC, restarting Outlook in both protected and normal mode.
