You don't.

The late-2013 iMac has reached the end of its upgrade path with macOS 10.15.7 Catalina.

The only path forward will involve a newer machine.

If you want to run modern applications from the likes of Adobe, Microsoft, and Apple, you'll need to get a new Mac. Catalina fell off the list of the "most recent three" back in October 2022, when Ventura came out. Ventura itself is likely to fall off that list this September, October, or November, if Apple sticks to the same OS release schedule that they have been following for the last ten years.

Catalina is still good enough to run current versions of

These may help to substitute for some of the things that you can't get. If you are interested in FireFox or LibreOffice (both of which are free), I'd suggest grabbing copies while you can. Other third-party browsers already require Big Sur or higher, and if you wait too long, Mozilla and The Document Foundation might raise the minimum macOS that you need to run current versions of their programs, too.
