Is my new iMac's tilted camera during video conferencing a hardware issue?
More details:
- I have a bookshelf right behind me so it is very obvious that the image is tilted (book shelf is straight).
- This happens with camera set at 0.5x zoom (minimum setting), Center Stage off. I'm assuming this setting should be "neutral".
- I can play with camera settings to zoom in and recenter manually to make image look straight. But I don't know if the software is compensating for a hardware issue.
Here is the question:
- Can this be a hardware issue that needs to be checked at an apple store (like camera being installed improperly) or is this the nature of the camera and if I can make it work with camera settings it should be ok.
Don't have an Apple Store very close so I want to check if this really requires taking the iMac all the way to the Apple Store.
Thanks
