I just setup a new computer and I'm trying to relink my playlists with my music. I imported the exported playlists form the old computer and imported all my music to the Music app on my new computer but the playlists don't work. What's the process for doing this?

Syncing these Using an Apple Music Subscription:
Do you have an Apple Music subscription? If so, the playlist would be synced across your devices, as long as long as you permit your library to be uploaded to iCloud. As for getting the locally stored, you'd have to download them. Elsewise, it comes down to exporting and then import these as playlists. Yes, I did follow the procedure. I've done the export and import of the playlists. The playlists show up on my new computer (the lists of playlists shows) but none of the music show in the playlist. Hence I asked how to relink the music. How do I tell the playlist where my music is???
