my iphone 16Plus keeps having Apple webkits trying to log into my WhatsApp & Telegram accounts forcing my iPhone into lockdown mode!

I’ve found 3 Apple WebKits hidden in my settings that we’re attempting to sign into my WhatsApp & Telegram accounts. I know that twice to attempts succeeded on Telegram but were immediately stopped as my VPN for Telegram put my handset into lock down mode until I realised what had happened. I have deleted them or so I thought as there was another sign in on Telegram that forced my handset into lock down mode. Contacted Telegram support & was advised to check my privacy setting's that I have already been through several times. WhatsApp had a deleted account appear in my chat list in hidden mode & was behaving as if it wasn’t functioning properly or at all. Anyway I went through all my settings to block, delete any left over chat that was supposedly there but no trace. It only appeared a day ago but according to when it was added again it was 4 days ago meaning it was invisible for 3 days, correct if I’m wrong but is it even possible to be completely invisible for days & then appear is impossible isn’t it?

I need to know how to prevent both app incidents again? Anyone who has any idea why I have WebKits appearing please help! iOS 18.4.1 in use
