Can I forward text messages from one sender on iPhone?

Hi. I am dealing with the DWP for my daughter, as her advocate. They would only accept her own number to send access codes to, but unless she is sitting right beside her phone she misses the message. The code is only valid for ten minutes, then times out so I can't access the account I need to. Is it possible to set up a divert so that messages to her number from this one sender is automatically forwarded to me? We have different Apple IDs. Thank you for any advice.
