How can I delete my Apple Music library but keep playlists?

I want to start with a clean slate with my music library. I have a ton of tracks included in my library because they were added to specific playlists and I don’t want to see them (I know there’s a setting to not add tracks to my library if I only add them to a playlist but it’s too late now).

I want to delete everything and start clean but, is there a way to re-add my precious playlists without having their respective tracks added to the library?
