How did you go to this website? Did you type it in? Did you click on a link from an email? Did you click on the link from a legit Apple support page? Does it only happen when you’re on a specific Wi-Fi network, or does it also happen on other Wi-Fi networks or using your cellular data only? I ask because my home Internet provider would suddenly consider random, legit websites not secure, but as soon as I disconnected from their Wi-Fi, everything was fine.
